Skill: Double Unders

Warm Up: 100 unbroken Double Unders

10 Burpees for every failed attempt (and then start back at 0)

Burpee Penalty is paid for immediately after failing

WOD L1: For time:

35 Hang Power Snatch (85/55)

20 seconds to do as many Snatch reps
40 seconds of Low Plank Hold

You will follow the listed time/work pattern until all 35 reps have been completed

13 minute time limit

35 Power Snatch (135/95)

20 seconds to do as many Snatch reps
